Lindsay heads the Medical Law and Patient's Rights team in the Manchester office. With over fourteen years experience in handling claims, her particular areas of interest are birth injuries, neonatal deaths, paediatric and adult brain injuries and difficult dependency claims. Lindsay has achieved notable clinical negligence settlements ranging between five and seven million pounds.
Born in Manchester, she studied history and archaeology at the University of North Wales before converting to Law and studying at the College of Law, Chester. She currently lives in Cheshire with her husband and two children.
