Children from the Norman Laud Association were thrilled by the surprise appearance of Santa Claus at their Christmas party on Saturday.

The Norman Laud Association caters for children with special needs, and Sara Burns, Caroline Stokes and Rosanna Cox, from Irwin Mitchell’s Medical Law and Patients’ Rights Team, sponsored and helped out at the party which was held at Wibbly Wobbly World of Play in Perry Barr, a brightly coloured indoor play centre complete with multi-level structures, drop slides and a fabulous disco.

This was a fantastic opportunity for the children’s parents and carers to get to know one another, and to relax in the fun atmosphere whilst the children played and danced the night away.

After the party, Tina Dadria, Head of Children’s Services for the Association got in touch to say: “The feedback I got from the children and families were amazing - I cannot thank you all enough for your contribution on the day and your generous contribution of paying for the venue, presents and getting the Santa outfit.”
