Reconstructive dental work was unacceptable
Lynne received compensation after reconstructive work on her lower teeth was of an unacceptable standard.
Lynne had the reconstructive work done between March and June 2005. This involved bridge and crown work that was designed, constructed and implanted by her dentist.
The fit and design of the bridge, crown and occlusion was unacceptable, leaving Lynne with ongoing dental problems.
Parts of the new bridgework came out and various parts of the bridge needed repeated debonding.
The crowns have marginal overhangs, which trap food. This has left Lynne suffering from food packing, along with bad smell and taste. All of the lower crowns and bridges need to be replaced.
Lynne instructed Louise Forsyth of Patient Lawyers to help her claim compensation. The case settled for £32,500.
