Julia trained in Hull, having completed legal academic training in York and joined the medical law and patients rights team in March 2010.
She is a solicitor that has specialised in medical law since qualification. Julia has a varied caseload and includes cases involving Erb’s Palsy and other birth injuries, gastroenterology, oncology, urology, obstetrics and gynaecology.
Prior to qualification Julia studied politics and sociology at the University of Warwick and then completed an MBA at Keele University.
In her spare time Julia goes walking in the Peak District and Lake District. She enjoys trips to the theatre and attends the Edinburgh festival. Julia regularly attends music festivals all over the country.
