Sarah is a solicitor in the Clinical Negligence team based in the Manchester office. Joining Irwin Mitchell in September 2008, Sarah has trained in various different departments before qualifying and specialising in clinical negligence work.
Sarah currently has her own varied case load of medical claims whilst also assisting other members of the department with complex and high value claims including those involving birth and brain injuries.
Pro bono work is extremely important to Sarah and she currently volunteers as a legal advisor at two local legal advice clinics. She also acts as a mentor to students who are studying law at University and want to pursue a legal career.
In her spare time, Sarah plays the saxophone and can usually be found indulging in a bizarre gym class. She has recently been paragliding in Olu Deniz, Turkey, and hopes to one day do it for charity.
An interesting fact about Sarah is that she once auditioned for Hollyoaks.
