Ayse Ince

Location: Manchester

Ayse Ince is a solicitor based in the Manchester Office. She joined Irwin Mitchell’s Medical Law and Patients' Rights team, in Manchester, as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2010.

Ayse completed her Psychology undergraduate and Health Psychology postgraduate studies at The University of Leeds, specialising in adherence to medication in chronic diseases (Diabetes and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). She simultaneously worked for various pharmaceutical companies and within the NHS.

Ayse then moved to Manchester to carry out her legal studies and training contract.

She now manages her own varied case load of medical negligence and psychiatric claims as well as assisting other members of the department on complex and high value cases. She is currently studying for her Advanced Counselling Certificate to develop a better understanding of psychiatric injuries.

Ayse is a member of the Irwin Mitchell Charitable Foundation, through which she organises fundraising events and supports both local and national charities, and she also volunteers at Barnardo’s. Ayse enjoys running, particularly when she is raising money for the charities of choice; The Christie and The Hospice.
