Shivi is an Associate Solicitor based in the clinical negligence team in the London office.
She undertakes cases in all areas of clinical negligence but has particular expertise in birth injuries, complex spinal injuries and neonatal incidents.
Shivi joined Irwin Mitchell in March 2009, having qualified as a solicitor in December 2006. She regularly lectures to the medical profession on clinical negligence issues and delivers external training. Shivi is also accredited as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
