Peter was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in November 2009 and joined Irwin Mitchell in January 2010, having previously been called to the Bar in 2006.
Peter studied Undergraduate Law at the Universities of Kent and Amsterdam, and he later studied for the Bar at the Inns of Court School of Law, London.
Peter spent 3 years working for a firm of solicitors in Kent, specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury before joining Irwin Mitchell in 2010 where he now specialises solely in clinical negligence.
Peter deals with a wide variety of clinical negligence cases, and has represented clients who have suffered strokes, opthalmic injuries, delays in diagnoses of cancer. He also specialises in cases which involve stillbirths and neonatal deaths, as well as injuries suffered at birth. Peter has also represented a number of clients at Inquest proceedings.
Peter assists an Associate Solicitor with high value claims including acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy and erbs palsy cases.
Peter is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Actions Against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
