Marcos is a solicitor based in the London office. He joined Irwin Mitchell as a Trainee in September 2008 and has since qualified as a solicitor within the Clinical Negligence team.

Marcos studied law at the University of Birmingham before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham.

Marcos has his own caseload covering a wide range of clinical negligence including injury misdiagnosis, inadequate nursing care and delays in the diagnosis of cancer. He also assists more senior members of the team with complex, high-value cases largely involving spine and brain injuries.  

Outside of work, Marcos enjoys following his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers, reading and spending time with his friends.
