Recent fundraising activities

30/07/2010 - On 30th July 2010, staff from the London office held their second "Strawberry Tea" for Breast Cancer Care, raising an impressive £500 from the cake sale and coffee morning.  There was also a raffle, with Selfridges vouchers and bottles of champagne on offer. Read more

27/02/2010 - On 27 February 2010, a team from Irwin Mitchell Solicitors took part in the 8 hour dance marathon to raise funds for Headway East London.  Fancy dress was mandatory, and Jo Brand, Comedian and Patron of Headway East London joined in as well.

26/02/2010 - On 26 February 2010,staff at the London office were treated to a demonstration by one of their assistance dogs. The assistance dogs not only provide physical support and assistance (such as opening doors, helping someone in and out of bed and dressing/undressing) but the emotional support and friendship helps get people back out into the community and back to work.

07/10/2009 - On 7 October 2009 staff from the London office attended the fashion show organised by Breast Cancer Care. The evening was at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, and hosted by Gail Porter.

10/07/2009 - Staff from the London office had a cake sale, coffee morning and raffle to help raise funds for Breast Cancer Care. A "strawberry tea" is an annual event run by Breast Cancer Care, and in 2009 they raised £400,000 with over 1,600 strawberry tea events taking place throughout the summer.

16/05/2009 -16 'athletes' from Irwin Mitchell's London office take to Hackney Marshes and participate in the 4th annual Homerton Hospital fun run. Read more
