Mandy Luckman

Mandy was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1974 and has been working for Irwin Mitchell Solicitors since 2002, having graduated from the University of Wales and achieved a masters degree at the University of Birmingham.

Mandy specialises in acting exclusively for claimants in clinical negligence cases. She represents claimants against NHS trusts, general practitioners (GP’s) and doctors in private practice. Her caseload is wide-ranging but she has pursued a large number of birth injury claims. She has settled a number of multi-million pound cases.
 
Personal highlights include a successful trial on liability in 2007 in a complex birth injury case. She has also won a difficult case after the mismanagement of infection following a hip resurfacing procedure.
