Chris is a solicitor in the Medical Law and Patients’ Rights team in Birmingham. Joining the firm in 2007 as a trainee Chris developed an interest in clinical negligence choosing to specialise in Medical Law on qualification.
Chris currently assists in a wide range of cases, involving failures to diagnose serious conditions and the treatment of the mentally ill. Chris handles cases involving inquests and has assisted families in the Coroner's Court, including those involving mental health issues. Often these cases are brought under the Human Rights Act and Chris has growing experience in this area. Chris also handles cases where individuals have been sexually and physically abused, assaulted or neglected and those involving young people who have been through traumatic experiences.
Chris was born and bred in the Midlands and studied law at the University of Birmingham.
